Wisconsin Senate leaders have called an extraordinary session for November 12th to discuss a 100-million dollar tax incentive package for Kimberly-Clark. The bill passed the Assembly earlier this year as part of the state’s effort to retain 500 jobs in the Fox Valley. A public hearing will be scheduled and an official vote would be taken later. The union agreed to a new contract in late July, but that won’t be a factor if the incentives package fails to pass.
