Thirty-eight seconds were left in the first half of a Thursday night football game in Milwaukee’s Custer Stadium when shots were fired nearby. Riverside and Rufus King High Schools were playing. The referees sent the two teams to the locker room while Milwaukee police responded. Nobody was hit by the shots and police are still seeking the suspects. The second half of the game was played with no further incidents.
