The Fox Crossing Judge, who is known mainly for his role in defending Brendan Dassey during his murder trial for the death of Theresa Halbach, is now facing a case of his own. Leonard Kachinsky entered a not guilty plea in a stalking case. Kachinsky allegedly would harass a court clerk through email, starting conversations about non-work related topics. He also was allegedly posting on her personal Facebook page. Kachinsky will be back in court on October 18th.
