The widow of a Milwaukee County Sheriff’s deputy plans to appeal a Wednesday ruling by the pension board. Jenna Aleman has been told she had to pay back more than 140-thousand dollars in pension money, plus another 23-thousand in interest. Aleman was accidentally overpaid that amount since her husband died while on duty in 2012. A former pension chief apparently knew about the overpayment three years before Aleman was notified.
