The mother of a seven-year-old boy who needed dental work on 14 teeth has entered a not guilty plea to charges of child neglect. Dental experts say the child’s cavities were potentially life-threatening. Prosecutors say Graf repeatedly missed and canceled appointments and didn’t return phone calls from the dentist.
