Four groups in the City of Manitowoc will be gathering this evening. First of the docket, at 4:00 PM will be the Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission. They will be meeting in the MPU Conference Room, and will be looking at the Strategic Plan. Then at 5:00 PM, the Library Board will convene in the Manitowoc Public Library, and will give a mid-year performance evaluation on the Library Director. Also at 5:00 PM, the Committee of the Whole will gather in the Council Chambers. They will be addressing downtown parking needs, among other items. Lastly at 6:00 PM the Committee of the whole will hold a joint meeting with the Public Utilities Commission and the Wastewater Treatment Facility Board.
