Racine County Inmate Faces Additional Charges After Attack

A 40-year-old inmate at the Racine County Jail has been charged with battery by a prisoner and disorderly conduct after attacking a guard last weekend.  Michael W. Cina was already behind bars on two felony charges, including intentional homicide.  Cina fought with two correctional officers Sunday during cell inspections.  Both victims sought medical treatment for their injuries.
