Wisconsin is one of six states seeking a temporary restraining order to stop the Trump administration from taking more than 30-million dollars from its Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program. The money would come out of the state’s bank accounts on Tuesday. Wisconsin and the other states were able to fight the fee two years ago. The feds wound up having to refund about 89-million dollars. Despite that ruling, the I-R-S and the Department of Health and Human Services are trying to impose the tax associated with the Affordable Care Act again.
