Middleton Victim Upgraded From Critical To Serious Condition

U-W Health Hospital officials said today (Thursday) that three people shot at W-T-S Paradigm, a Middleton software company, Wednesday are in serious condition. Hospital officials say the condition of one of the patients improved from critical to serious. The victims have not been identified. Police say the victims are two men and one woman. The gunman died at U-W Hospital after being shot by police. The chief says the shooter was Anthony Y. Tong, a man in his 40s with no known criminal history. An autopsy on the suspect is being performed today. Police say the suspected shooter acted alone. They have not yet offered a motive for the shootings.
