Madison Police Search For Teenager In Metro Bus Shooting

Madison police say it doesn’t look like there was any fight which led to a shooting on a Metro bus Wednesday afternoon.  A 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.  Students from La Follette High School had just boarded the bus when the gun went off.  The 16-year-old who had the gun ran from the scene before officers arrived.  No names have been released and the shooting victim is expected to survive.
