A 9-1-1 caller reported a suspected drug deal on Madison’s west side last month. When officers checked out the report, they found Dane County Supervisor Shelia Stubbs on the campaign trail. Stubbs was going door-to-door introducing herself as she runs for a seat in the Wisconsin Assembly. Stubbs says she was heartbroken and humiliated by the experience. Her mother and daughter were sitting in the car when a patrol car pulled up.
