A Green Bay man is in police custody after he allegedly attacked a woman with a box cutter on Sunday. Police were informed of the incident at the intersection of West Mason and 15th Streets at around 4:30 PM. When they arrived, officers saw the victim attempting to stop the severe bleeding, laying in a pool of blood. The attacker, Pedro Luiz Hernandez, went before a judge yesterday on charges of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Obstructing an Officer. Hernandez’s bail has been set at $250,000.
