City Of La Crosse Launches Home Energy Challenge

The city of La Crosse is launching a 100-day Home Energy Challenge.  La Crosse is partnering with Xcel Energy and Focus on Energy to provide incentives to households that make energy efficiency improvements.  In the challenge, 100 households will have the ability to receive up to 41-hundred dollars in incentives to cover some of the costs.
