Felician Village has announced their Service Excellence Star Award recipient for the month of August. Ron Gosz, works in the Environmental Services Maintenance Department. His nomintation read “Immediately helped me & had other maintenance employees follow up.”
The Service Excellence Star Award recipient is selected based on the employee’s conduct as it reflects Felician Village values. Each month nomiations for the award can be made by co-workers, residents, family members and visitors. The award subcommittee reviews the nominations monthly and a winner is selected.
