There’s a plethora of events this weekend in the Port-Cities. The list includes: The inaugural ART SLAM, Saturday & Sunday aimed at encouraging local artists in the outdoors to create works in Manitowoc’s downtown area.
The 27th annual ETHNIC FEST in downtown Two Rivers is happening tomorrow from 9:30 to 5pm.
The 6th annual BIKE RIDE FOR HUNGER benefiting the Salvation Army is also tomorrow, with routes of 43 and 62 miles along Lake Michigan through Manitowoc County. It starts at 8:00 AM, with check-in from 7:15 to 7:55am at the Historic Washington House in downtown Two Rivers.
There is also the WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’s starting out with an opening ceremony at the YMCA tomorrow morning at 9:00 o’clock. Registration starts at ‘8am.
There’s the SPIRIT OF THE RIVERS Monument dedication Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock on Memorial Drive, across from the Aurora Medical Center.
