Three Manitowoc City groups will be holding meetings this evening. At 2:00 PM the Tax Incremental Financing Joint Board will be gathering in the Planning and Engineering Conference Room in City Hall. The big topic of discussion will be TID 22. Then the Public Utilities Commission will meet in the MPU Conference Room at 4:00 PM. They will be taking a look at some policy revisions, among other topics. Lastly, the Public Safety Committee will convene in the Council Chambers in City Hall. At their 6:00 PM meeting, they will enter a closed session to discuss two Lifequest billing disputes.
