A Sheboygan man has been arrested after he used the popular photo sharing phone app Snapchat to sexually assault a child, and post images of the assault online. The Sheboygan Police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children earlier this week warning them of the photos, which lead them to interview the victim, and her mother. Authorities then learned that the abuse happened on a night when Hal Parfait was left to care for the little girl. Police spoke with Parfait who admitted to the assault, including acts that occurred over the past six months. Parfait could spend as many as 40 years behind bars for each charge he is facing.
