With all the rain the eastern part of Wisconsin has received lately, a lot of people are to dealing with flooding in their fields or in their homes. Dealing with a disaster can cause anyone to become overwhelmed and stressed, but the Wisconsin Department of Health Services is offering some tips to stay emotionally healthy during a hardship. The most important one is to talk with others who understand how you are feeling. Keeping your feeling bottled up will only make things worse. Try to establish a new sense of normal by establishing a routine, and of course, seek out any resources that can help with recovery and cleanup.
