A Green Bay woman is facing charges after it was discovered she was abusing her children in a drug riddled home. One child of 26 year old Allicia Graf allegedly had severe dental problems, which included an abscess, which could have resulted in the child’s death. All of the children that were in the home, which Graf shared with her boyfriend, are currently under the care of their grandparents. While the boyfriend has yet to be charged, Graf is facing one count of child neglect resulting in bodily harm.
