A Monona man accused of assaulting three victims last years has changed to his plea. Thirty-year-old Coleman Chung of Monona faces several felony charges in the incidents which happened last September and October. Two women and a teenager say he assaulted them. Chung’s request to change his plea to not guilty by reason of mental defect was granted by a Dane County Circuit Court judge Tuesday. Police arrested him for two attempted abductions of college students on the U-W campus. Both managed to escape, but the second woman suffered serious injuries.
