The names of the three individuals connected to the overdose death of a Sheboygan man have been released. The victim, whose name has not been released, was a 32 year old Sheboygan man, who was found dead in a restroom at Vollrath Park. 38 year old Valerie Jacobs of Sheboygan Falls, 28 year old Jonathan Blundell of Sheboygan, and 19 year old Rashid Noble of Milwaukee have all been connected with the death, and are facing a multitude of charges. A police investigation determined that The drugs that eventually killed the 32 year old started with Noble, then made their way to Blundell, who gave them to Jacobs, and she was determined to have supplied them to the victim. All three will be in court today.
