Two Sheboygan Schools Make List for Community Learning Center Grants

Two Sheboygan Elementary Schools, along with one Green Bay School, have made the list of 37 learning establishments to receive a 21^st Century Community Learning Center Grant. In the Sheboygan Area School District, Longfellow Elementary is in line for a $100,000 grant, while Sheridan Elementary will get $145,000. Meanwhile in the Green Bay Area Public School District, Keller Elementary is set to receive $100,000 as well. This series of grants aims to initiate after-school programming that contributes to students’ academic, physical, and civic development.
