A Crawford County jury took only a few minutes to find a school principal not guilty of felony reckless child abuse charges. Forty-three-year-old Aaron Amundson had been accused of using a cleaning chemical to remove a profanity written on a student’s hand. The cleaner caused a chemical burn which required hospital treatment. Amundson’s attorney says his client admitted making a “stupid mistake,” but the actions weren’t a case of child abuse.
