Milwaukee Man Tells Police He Shot His Son Accidentally During Argument

A Milwaukee man says he was struggling with his son over a gun when it went off last weekend.   Forty-seven-year-old Randell Wright tells investigators he had just told Jakari Wright he had to move out of their apartment.  The younger man reportedly staggered around the apartment while bleeding, then went down some stairs and collapsed in the building’s lobby.  Onlookers were trying to stop the bleeding when officers arrived.  Investigators say the father’s story doesn’t match the evidence. The autopsy shows Jakari Wright was shot from behind and his father has been charged with reckless homicide.
