Sexual assault charges have been filed against a 36-year-old suspect accused in an incident at Milwaukee’s Humboldt Park. Daniel Mangert is charged with three felonies after his arrest last Monday. He’s accused of asking a four-year-old boy to perform a sex act while he was touching the child. The boy’s mother and another caught Mangert in a restroom stall with the victim. Police say Mangert tried to kill himself by jumping off a cliff at nearby South Shore Park, but he survived.
