Wausau police say the 35-year-old man shot in the foot Monday isn’t cooperating with investigators. Police think Charles Rickett was wounded just north of the downtown area during a dispute over drugs. Rickett was treated and released from a local hospital. Investigators say a female witness has also shared very little information. The shooting suspect was last seen running north from the area where Rickett was found on a sidewalk. Home security video shows the two arguing before the shooting.
