Authorities in Chippewa County have identified the two Minnesota men who apparently drowned in Lake Wissota last weekend. Deputies say 50-year-old Travis W. Cramer of Coon Rapids was found dead, tied to a tube near the dam. Search crews have spent more than two days looking for the second man, 22-year-old Antonio Robinson of Minneapolis. He is still missing. Deputies were called the lake Sunday when an apparently abandoned pontoon boat was spotted with only a dog onboard.
