Educators in the Altoona School District will be watching tonight’s (Monday’s) Board of Education meeting closely. On the agenda for the 6:30 P-M gathering is a pay hike for administrators, teachers, advisors and support staff. If approved, the pay raises would be in effect for the 2018-2019 school year. The pay increases will be discussed during a closed session.
