The 1700 block of Lilac Drive in Manitowoc remains closed today. According to Operations Division Manager Chad Scheinoha, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, this road closure will remain in effect though 4:00 PM” today. Department of Public Infrastructure crews are performing sewer work in that stretch of road.
