A Green Bay child went missing from his home on the 1200 block of Bond Street yesterday morning. The mother of the boy contacted police at around 6:45 AM telling them that he was partially dressed and on a scooter. According to the Green Bay Police, the child had made it over a mile from his home to the intersection of Oneida and Mason, where a concerned citizen spotted him. The citizen contacted the police, along with another individual who saw him near Culvers. Officers were able to quickly arrive on the scene and bring the boy back home to his mother. Police believe the boy was trying to find a park to play in.
