The WIAA has announced its’ team Sportsmanship winners for the Spring State tournaments and the last Summer baseball tourney. The recipient of the summer baseball honor is area school Plymouth. Qualifying for the state tournament for the 13th time, the Plymouth Panthers were selected as the sportsmanship award-winner, after falling to eventual champion Muskego 1-0 on a no-hitter. That game featured just one-hit. The WIAA/Rural Mutual Insurance Sportsmanship award is presented to one school and community in each of the State team tournaments.
