The officer involved in the incident at Fritse Park in Oshkosh back in May will not be facing any charges. The incident in question took place back on May 23rd, where Officer Seely Moe responded to a report of a man, later identified as Joshua Gomol, acting erratically while holding a knife. Officer Moe shot and killed Gomol, and the District Attorney’s Office had determined the use of force was justified. Officer Moe will not be facing any charges.
