A Milwaukee County District Court judge has set bail at one-and-a-half-million dollars for the man accused of shooting Officer Michael Michalski to death. Jonathan Copeland Junior made a Tuesday court appearance. He is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide for shooting at two other officers. Copeland has a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 9th. Michalski’s funeral is to be held today (Wednesday) at 3:00 P-M at Oak Creek Assembly of God.
