A Marine who pleaded guilty in the stabbing death of a service member from Janesville will be in military confinement for seven years. Private First Class Raymond W. Begay attended an emotionally-charged court-martial this week. He had told investigators the fatal stabbing of Private First Class Ethan Barclay-Weberpal of Janesville was an accident while the two were handling a knife at Camp Pendleton January 16th. Begay was originally charged with murder, but he reached a plea agreement with the government. The two men were friends.
