Witnesses tell police the man who shot a Milwaukee police officer to death opened fire as the officer walked up. The suspect lives in the neighborhood where the shooting took place. The same witnesses say the shooter had told them he wasn’t going back to jail. The officers reportedly hadn’t drawn their weapons when the suspect opened fire.
