Witnesses tell Madison police a man charged with the execution-style killing last May might have killed several others if his gun hadn’t jammed. Thirty-six-year-old Antonio R. Gentry is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the shooting death of Rayshawn Jackson. Jackson was shot in the neck May 16th and died at U-W Hospital five days later. Gentry is accused of trying to shoot several other members of Jackson’s family, but his handgun wouldn’t work. Gentry and Jackson had been arguing over a woman.
