The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office has decided not to charge the dog walker who killed his attacker Tuesday morning. A medical examiner determined it likely wasn’t his actions which caused the death of the 28-year-old homeless man. The dead man had a criminal record and pills were found in his pocket. It is expected to take several weeks to get the results of toxicology tests so an official cause of death is established. No names have been released and investigators haven’t speculated why the man who was walking his dog was attacked.
