23-Year-Old Woman Arrested In Abandoned Baby Case

Milwaukee police say charges will be referred to prosecutors in the coming days against a 23-year-old woman who was taken into custody in an abandoned baby case.  The child was found on a front porch sitting in a car seat July 3rd.  Tammy P. Mann was named as a person of interest in the case right after the discovery of the baby.  Her relation to the child — estimated to be four-to-six-months-old — hasn’t been revealed.
