The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department hopes it has cleared nearly three dozen cases of vehicle break-ins by arresting four people. Investigators say the suspects would take anything they could find, buy electronics with credit cards they had stolen, then pawn the electronics for cash. Forty-six-year-old Gary Brown, 33-year-old Nicholas Babcock, 33-year-old Daniel Celkis and 27-year-old Abigail Lipka-Bares were arrested. The Department says it received about 35 theft reports over a 15-day period beginning June 21st.
