The day after a hit-and-run accident left a 19-year-old motorcycle rider dead, a Kenosha man showed up at police headquarters and admitted he was the driver. Paul Turner was arrested, but he hasn’t been charged. His stepfather, Norris Culver, says he doesn’t know what Turner would have been doing behind the steering wheel of any vehicle. He says his stepson doesn’t have a car. Investigators haven’t found the S-U-V involved in Sunday’s fatal accident in front of an Aldi’s grocery store which fronts on Highway 50 in Kenosha. Police say they are hoping to talk to any witnesses who may have seen the fatal accident Sunday evening.
