The arraignment for a 29-year-old man who led authorities on a long, high-speed chase last month has been scheduled for September. Garrick Penass faces four charges connected to the 14-mile chase across Outagamie and Brown counties. Police were called to an Oneida home about a disturbance involving a person with a gun. Penass and Myranda Cooper jumped in a vehicle and left as officers were arriving. The chase ended when their vehicle crashed, then a police dog tracked them down. Cooper’s next court appearance hasn’t been scheduled.
