Minnesota authorities say two men are in custody for a fatal shooting at the annual Hmong Freedom Festival in St. Paul. Twenty-eight-year-old Yang Houa Xiong of La Crosse is accused of aiding and abetting the shooting. Twenty-seven-year-old Nougai Xiong of St. Paul is being investigated for second-degree murder. St. Paul police say thousands of people were at the event where the shooting took place. So far, police haven’t released the name of the victim.
