A 47-year-old Rusk County man will be extradited from Tennessee so he can face charges he sexually assaulted a minor. Robert Dilysi was arrested Friday, a day after an arrest warrant was issued in his name. A 14-year-old girl told investigators she was sleeping with some children who were in her care when Dilysi came into the bedroom and sexually assaulted her. The suspect had lived in Ingram before he moved from the area. He faces two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child and one count of child enticement. The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office began its investigation one month ago.
