There will be a pair of meetings in Two Rivers City Hall this evening. First up is the Public Works Committee, who will be occupying the Committee Room at 4:45 PM. They will be discussing several project updates, and some requests for traffic and parking controls. Another topic of discussion will be some possible land purchases. That will be followed by the City Council who will convene in the Council Chambers at 6:00 PM. Their gathering will start off with a public hearing to amend the zoning district map in several areas. After some constant items, such as City Manager Greg Buckley giving a report, the council will look at a recommendation from the personnel and finance Committee regarding extending the life of TIF district number 5.
