The owner of a Wauwatosa pain clinic and her former husband have been indicted for allegedly prescribing excessive amounts of opioids. The indictment from a federal grand jury was released Friday. Lisa and Robert Hofschulz allegedly collected more than one-point-eight-million dollars over a two-year period ending in 2016. Investigators say they prescribed oxycodone and methadone for no medical purpose. The couple ran the Clinical Pain Consultants clinic in Wauwatosa. They have a court appearance set for July 19th.
