One day after ground was broken for the 10-billion dollar Foxconn Technology project in Mount Pleasant, officials have made a major economic announcement today in Green Bay. Governor Scott Walker along with Foxconn C-E-O Terry Gou, Green Bay Packers President and C-E-O Mark Murphy and other local officials, announced the purchase of the WaterMark building in Downtown Green Bay to create an “innovation center” that will bring 200 high tech jobs to the city. The WaterMark building is a six-story, 75,000-square-foot building that was once home to Prange’s and Younkers department stores.
