Bridge in Franklin to be Replaced

The bridge on Hillcrest Road in the Town of Franklin will soon be replaced. According to Manitowoc County Highway Commissioner Marc Holsen, the project will begin on July 2^nd, with the existing structure removal and new replacement is expected to last through the month of September.   The stretch of road between Decker and Naidl Roads will be completely closed off during the construction process.
