West Virginia Man Accused Of Traveling To Fox Valley For Sex With Young Girl

An underage girl tells Grand Chute police she had sex with a man visiting from West Virginia on at least five occasions.  She says she was 12 during the first meeting, then 13 years old after that.  Thirty-year-old Cort W. Davis faces five sex-related charges in Outagamie County.  He had met the victim online.  Detectives set up a sting operation using Snapchat earlier this month.  They listened in while Davis had a video chat session with the girl and the registered sex offender made comments referring to previous sexual assaults.  Davis has a court hearing scheduled for next week.
