Random Lake Planning Development Projects

The Village of Random Lake has a few development projects coming down the pipeline.  Several new home construction permits were issued after nearly a decade long new home construction drought.  Several of the units were new spec condos which sold before being completed.  The Village, in coordination with local business, has also begun planning for infrastructure upgrades, including possible enhancement of the wastewater treatment plant and other water and sewer improvements. Village President, Matthew Brockmeier is very excited, saying, “The Village is taking a dynamic approach. By working with those seeking to invest in our community we will be able to maintain and improve the quality of life our residents enjoy.”
