Man Responsible For Clogging Sheboygan Toilets With Soda Bottles Charged

The man responsible for clogging toilets in the City of Sheboygan with soda bottles has been criminally charged. Patrick Beeman is facing 12 misdemeanors for the incidents that happened between April of last year and this summer. Beeman could not explain to police why he decided to vandalize the toilets, and admitted to pulling a similar stunt while working for a temporary staffing firm in town. His hijinks cost the city around $3,000. He is due back in court on July 9^th.
